I'm not actually suggesting telling people not to have them, but, in the same vein, a lot of us are happy to go around with inmates that have more power and abilities than we do, even if we were armed. My inmate is capable of producing electricity. I have nothing but a pair of handcuffs and my own strength, but I do fine.

I'm aware he's not a crazed killer, and I never tried to make that out - but he made the wrong choice in shooting him dead, without a single warning that he was armed with a gun, or prepared to shoot.
