Imagine my surprise, Iago, when I went to collect you this morning and found that you, half your wardrobe, and your journal were missing.

I am not going to chase you around this ship like the errant child you're behaving as. This is your one chance to account for yourself. Choose your words wisely.

Whoever is responsible for J.D.: My Inmate, Iago, is presently holing up in your Inmate's quarters. He is not to visit the other Inmates' quarters, nor are they to visit his without expressed permission. I welcome your cooperation in maintaining this. He was already known to be deceptive, but recently he has also proven to have violent tendencies, which he has expressed he acts on not with premeditation, but on a whim. For this reason he is to be considered dangerous, and should not be left alone with anyone.

I would also request that security escort him back to his Cabin and make certain he stays there. If he resists with violence again, he can he escorted to Level Zero for the evening instead.

"I'm not a doctor but I think beating him into the ground will hurt you more than him and you're headed that way again."

The Marquis rolled his eyes. "You're exaggerating. I'm not beating him into the ground, simply doing my job -- with a good deal more effectiveness than some of the people I've been watching here for over a year."

"Drink your wine, old man," Kirk said, coming back over towards his former Inmate and offering him one of the glasses. "I hear red's good for your heart."

"Hence why I drink it for circulation." He lifted his glass to him with a smile. "Merci." He took a sip, frowning to himself. "Readers in my time debated about Othello. Many people talk about Iago, wonder on his motives, where that malignancy came from. Sometimes that is merely the mark of a good villain -- the inexplicability. It's something else entirely to know that exact person in the flesh."
