The Doctor and his Inmate. Where are they?

[ooc: The Marquis? Told Coyo in plain sight that he was going to shoot her when this was over. And now that he knows the Doctor gave her the power to bring people here? He...has no qualms with shooting him too :| People are INVITED to stop him before he demotes himself.]

I just naturally assume that people are talking about me. It makes conversations a lot easier.
