Well, how can I narrow it down to just one thing? Wasting a third of my day on sleep? Wasting 3/16ths of the remaining time on calorie consumption? The diminished resistance to alcohol? OH! The joys of humanity are endless!

And I don't imagine increased frequency would mean much of a change -- though more sleep means strings of mundane dreams with the odd peppering of vivid ones, for most.
